This blog is named in tribute to Mr Touko Laaksonen a.k.a Tom of Finland, and his reference to his own art as his 'dirty drawings'. The title is supposed to be ironic, sarcastic, sardonic and maybe a little moronic because there ain't nothin' dirty about a finely rendered muscle man. I love the facial expressions in his pieces, which help to make his visions not only erotic, but also playful and cheeky, a mix which is hard to achieve and also rare.
